Wise syncs on its own, in every currency you hold; any other bank comes in from its statement file. Rules sort the routine, duplicates are flagged before they reach your books, transfers between your own accounts are matched, and each account is reconciled against its statement.

2. **Sort the lines.** Categorise on the list, or let rules do it as lines arrive.
